Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn garments with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest postal service location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our vault team inspects the returned items, we will process your full refund or ship out your requested exchange size within 5 business days.
